Kia Ora
I really liked doing this weeks work because I liked learning different things about our body.
Question: If you would want to learn something about your body what would you choose?
I am a Year 5 student at Papakura Central School in Auckland, NZ. I am in Room kahikatea and my teacher is Whaea Sharlee and Whaea Tamzin . This is a place where I will share my learning. Please note that some of it will not be complete, it will be my first draft. Remember to be positive, thoughtful and helpful when you leave me a comment.
Kia ora Ella,
ReplyDeleteThanks for giving me some good reading material through your weekly slides during distance learning this Term. You taught me some interesting facts about the heart. I did the funtioning heart experiment and couldn't get it to funtion. Maybe you could have saved it.Your facts were interesting. I asked my mum if she knew that a womans heart beats faster than a mans and she said probably cause woman do more work. I google converted your gallons into liters to see how much blood is pumped each day and I was shocked it about 7500 Litres. Congratulations on your certificate and enjoy the school holidays.
Kia ora Ella! Awesome to see all the research and reading about our topic that you achieved in this Learn, Create, Share. You are doing a fantastic job keeping up with your mahi and being at kura with the most awesome teachers!
ReplyDeleteYour maths work is well set out, I see you were wondering if your thinking was right, yes it was, just remember to add the unit used, e.g. centimetres, metres or litres, whatever the question has used. Your create looked amazing! How did you make it?
